I've spent nearly two decades directing the visual identity of New York Media's editorial brands, which is a long way of saying I think very hard about images for a living. Art direction, illustration commissioning, social visual strategy across The Cut, Vulture, New York Magazine, Grub Street, Curbed, The Strategist, and Intelligencer. When I'm not doing that I'm planning the next trip abroad with my family or making ceramics, where after over a decade I've made peace with staying an amateur.
